The team in lockdown…..Rachel Saunders

Some of our team have completed a short interview to give you a little insight into their current life-in-lockdown:

Job title: Currently Head of Private Client, Solicitor, Swindon post room manager, Household Administrator, Homeschool teacher, Head Gardener and Domestic Servant.

Length of time at FSM Solicitors: 6 years

Areas of specialism: Private Client law (Wills, Estates, LPAs, Court of Protection and a little Trust work)

What have you found most enjoyable about lockdown: Spending my normal commuter time in the garden faffing with plants, exploring our village and the numerous bye-ways.  Eating a lot of scones.

Best TV programme watched recently: The Last Man on Earth on Amazon – Post Pandemic Apocalyptic Comedy at its very best!

Favourite book: I’m ashamed to say I haven’t read a book in a year or two. Does the RHS Gardening Encyclopaedia count?

Favourite meal:  Sushi – no contest.

An interesting fact about yourself: I really can’t think of anything that interesting. I once took my lad Stanley swimming in the municipal pool in Cirencester when he was 2. Princess Anne’s son Peter Phillips was in the pool with one of his children. The queen’s great granddaughter splashed Stan and he gave her an evil stare. There is a chance that his name is still on some MI6 list.
