The team in lockdown…Claire Curtis

Some of our team have completed a short interview to give you a little insight into how their life was in lockdown:

Name: Claire Curtis

Job title: Associate Solicitor

Length of time at FSM Solicitors: I returned to FSM in October 16 after a couple of years working for a firm in Bath and maternity leave with my first child, but I first started as a Trainee Solicitor in 2007.

Areas of specialism: Wills and estate planning, trusts, probate, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.

What have you most enjoyed/found difficult about lockdown: Seeing my children miss out on seeing their grandparents and friends (and missing nursery!!) but we have enjoyed getting out on family walks

Best TV programme watched recently: Killing Eve

Favourite book: The Book Thief

Favourite meal: Too many to choose from – I have a reputation in the department for always being hungry!

An interesting fact about yourself: I spent a year abroad in France studying law at Nantes University as part of my degree
