Stewart Donald and Jane Healey have recently been made Partners at Forrester Sylvester Mackett Solicitors LLP.

Stewart joined the private client department in 2017 and is based in the Malmesbury office. He specialises in administration of trusts and estates, personal tax planning advice, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.  Stewart is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and is a member of both Solicitors for the Elderly and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

Jane joined private client department in 2019 and is based between Warminster and the new Frome office. Jane specialises in Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Probate, Court of Protection matters and Inheritance Tax Planning. Jane has also gained vast experience in dealing with high net worth individuals over recent years.
