Ruth Jackson has now taken over as head of the family law department here at FSM Solicitors, following the retirement of Nigel Godsiffe. Ruth has relocated from the Chippenham office to cover the family department work in Trowbridge and Warminster.

Ruth is a Partner at FSM Solicitors, having worked at the firm for the past two years. Ruth has an excellent understanding of the needs of our clients, ensuring the service we offer to those local to Trowbridge and Warminster continues seamlessly.

Our family clients are in safe hands – Ruth qualified as a Barrister in 2004 and now specialises in family law covering divorce/dissolution and matrimonial/partnership finance, as well as disputes involving children.

One enormous benefit of working with Ruth is the combination of her court advocacy experience with her office-based advice, enabling clients to have continuity of representation throughout their case.
