Latest guidance on child arrangements

As lawyers, we are used to keeping up to date with changes in the law, whether new laws are introduced or new cases decided which interpret those laws.

As we all know, the rules by which we live are changing quickly at the moment, but the Family Law team here at Forrester Sylvester Mackett is still working, and we will continue to do what we can to advise you.

The most recent guidance about arrangements for children is that, “Where parents do not live in the same household, children under 18 can be moved between their parents’ homes”.
