Husband and wife solicitors join FSM’s Swindon office

FSM Solicitors’ Old Town Swindon office has recently welcomed husband and wife solicitors, David and Rosie Peters.

David joined FSM Solicitors in October, having specialised in residential conveyancing since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2016. David has dealt with a wide range of sales, purchases and property work, including registered and unregistered property, freehold and leasehold, buy to let, new builds, shared ownership situations, re-mortgage and transfer of equity.

Rosie has worked for FSM Solicitors since 2018, originally in the Malmesbury office but recently returning from maternity leave to join David in Swindon. Rosie qualified as a solicitor in November 2016 and works on a wide range of private client matters such as preparation of Wills and Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, personal tax planning advice and the administration of Trusts and Estates.

When asked what his average day at FSM Solicitors has consisted of so far, David said ‘I spend a lot of time liaising with estate agents, making sure that clients have completed all of the paperwork and trying to decipher handwritten covenants. And of course being ordered around by Rosie in the next room for endless cups of tea!’
