On Tuesday 5th November, FSM Solicitors held a free talk at Box Steam Brewery in Holt, Wiltshire.
There were two speakers, Stewart Donald, Partner in the Private Client department of FSM Solicitors, and Derek Avenell, Independent Financial Adviser of Hawthorn Financial Services.
Stewart covered topics including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and general later life planning. Derek then went on to cover Inheritance Tax planning in more detail, including information about some of the strategies and products available.
Once the talks had finished, Anthony Cassidy, Brewery Free Trade Manager, hosted a beer tasting session and gave a tour of the brewery.
The event was very well attended by both current FSM clients and other members of the local community. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, with many commenting on the clear, concise information given by the two speakers, and much appreciation for the beer tasting at the end!
