About Richard:

Richard qualified as a solicitor in 1971. He is a member of the Office of the Public Guardian’s Panel of of Approved Deputies, Solicitors for the Elderly and the Law Society’s Property Section. He is past President of the Gloucestershire and Wiltshire Law Society. Richard has been practising as a Public Notary for over 30 years, having been appointed by the Archbishop of Canterbury in 1981. Richard specialises in Court of Protection matters and looks after the finances of an increasing number of elderly and vulnerable people and is regularly recommended by both existing clients, and by other professionals in the field.
