About Richard:

Richard has over 30 years experience of general non-contentious legal work. He has been with the firm since 2004 after working for practices in Wiltshire and Bristol.

He specialises in residential conveyancing and helps clients with buying and selling property, ranging from leasehold flats including shared ownership to larger freehold houses. He also helps with associated issues such as mortgaging and equity transfers. Richard has completed several professional development courses in residential property law.

Away from the office Richard enjoys days out with his family, historical and cultural activities, and videography.
