As an Equity Partner and Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor, I help individuals and families plan for the future and manage estate matters with clarity and confidence.
I’ve specialised in Private Client work since qualifying in 2004 and know these issues can feel daunting. That’s why I provide clear, practical advice to help my clients plan for the future and protect what matters most.
My practice areas include:
- Wills, including inheritance tax planning and asset protection.
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA’s) for both property & financial affairs and health & welfare decisions.
- Estate administration guiding executors and families through the probate process.
- Trust administration – ongoing management and compliance support for trustees.
- Court of Protection applications relating to Property and Financial Affairs.
- Deputyship and LPA management.
As a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, clients often describe me as approachable and down to earth, someone who brings reassurance and understanding during what can be a sensitive time.
Examples of my work:
- Achieving a tax saving of over £120,000 on one estate by identifying and implementing a straightforward deed of variation following the death of the testator.
- Administering an intestate estate involving 127 beneficiaries across the UK and overseas, completed efficiently and in a short timeframe.
- As a Court of Protection appointed Deputy, I act on behalf of a large number of vulnerable clients, managing their financial affairs with care, diligence and integrity. I work closely with my experienced team to ensure that each client’s funds are safeguarded and used only in their best interests.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two. I enjoy spending time in my garden, where I find the process of growing my own flowers and produce both grounding and rewarding.
