As a Family Solicitor I advise clients on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including divorce, financial settlements and arrangements for children. I’m particularly known for my expertise in matrimonial finances and for guiding married and unmarried couples through complex family law issues with clear, practical advice.

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2021 and have extensive experience helping clients navigate the financial aspects of divorce and separation, including matters involving property, pensions, business interests and other assets. By combining practical advice with a strategic approach, I help clients achieve the best possible financial settlement while ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout.

I also work with my clients on matters concerning children, including child arrangement orders and relocation. Family disputes can be emotionally challenging, which I why I focus on providing constructive, child focused solutions wherever possible.

Future planning is another key part of my approach. I advise on and prepare prenuptial, postnuptial and cohabitation agreements to protect assets, set expectations and reduce the risk of future disputes, giving clients certainty and peace of mind.

Examples of my work:

• I advised a client through a complex financial dispute involving multiple high value assets, including numerous properties, pensions and business interests. I helped them navigate a particularly challenging period and ultimately achieved a fair outcome that provided long term financial security.
• Supporting a client through a particularly challenging divorce in which their spouse insisted they would receive no finances from the marriage and failed to provide a clear picture of their financial position. By taking a firm and strategic approach, I was able to obtain the necessary financial disclosure and secure a fair settlement outside of court, giving my client certainty and the resources needed to move forward in their life.
• Assisting a parent who had relocated with their young child from Bristol to London and was facing a dispute regarding the child’s living arrangements and contact with the other parent. Through careful negotiation, we were able to agree arrangements for the child’s care, including their new nursery and the time they would spend with each parent. The matter was resolved without court proceedings, providing stability for the child and reassurance for both parents.
