About Jessica:

I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2026 and work in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at FSM. I provide caring, practical support during some of life’s most sensitive moments and work under the supervision of Rachel Saunders.

My approach combines professionalism and compassion, helping clients feel understood and supported from start to finish.

I’m passionate about helping clients navigate through these important decisions with warmth and clarity. My goal is to make each step feel manageable and approachable.

Examples of my work:

• Handling an Estate involving a Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trust in a Will. I guided the family through the options available to them as they chose to retain the trust, safe in the knowledge it was the best fit for their circumstances.
• Advising a client on using a discretionary trust to protect inheritance for their partner and children, allowing trustees to decide when and how funds are appointed in line with a letter of wishes.
• Supporting a client unsure if a valid Will existed by arranging a full Will search, locating it and ensuring the Estate was administered in line with the Will, including Executors and gifts to nieces and nephews.

Outside of work, I enjoy trying new hobbies, whether that’s reading, working out, exploring new places, or spending time with my family. I also enjoy discovering new coffee spots where I can grab a drink and head out for a nice walk.
