As a recently qualified Solicitor specialising in Residential Property, I help buyers and sellers feel reassured and informed during what can be a complex process.
I joined FSM in 2004 after graduating with a degree in Business Management. I then went on to complete my Graduate Diploma in Law, followed by the LPC post graduate degree course at the University of the West of England in 2009.
Since returning to the firm in 2009, I qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2016 and have recently qualified as a Solicitor.
My practice areas include:
- •
Residential sales and purchases. - •
Freehold and leasehold properties. - •
New build transactions and properties forming part of estates. - •
Transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
I provide transparent and tailored advice, aimed at assisting clients, regardless of their background or level of engagement with the conveyancing process
Examples of my work:
- •
I acted in the sale of a freehold property where it was necessary to formally close a Leasehold title, in the names of three registered owners, who had passed away. This resulted in a successful sale on behalf of an Estate in the interests of two beneficiaries. - •
Supporting an elderly client, who was living abroad, with the purchase of a retirement flat. They were then able to relocate closer to their family.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading non fiction, spending time with family and exploring new places.
