About Helen:

Helen joined the firm in November 2014 is the Head of Residential Property at FSM and has recently been promoted to Partner.

Helen qualified in 2001 having previously been a Legal Executive. Over the years she has worked for high street law firms in Bristol and Swindon where she helped local people and families with a wide variety of legal matters from buying and selling their homes to making wills and administering estates.

Helen is now specialising in Residential Conveyancing matters of all types and can help you with buying, selling and remortgaging properties. She has expertise in handling the purchase of newly built homes, Home Buy Schemes, Shared Ownership homes, preparing Declarations of Trust of Land, transferring properties between owners who have separated and buying and selling residential property at auction. Helen has completed several professional development courses in residential property law.

Away from the office Helen likes to go to the gym, running, dancing and canoeing.
