About Charlotte:

Charlotte qualified as a Solicitor in September 2007 and joined Forrester Sylvester Mackett in August 2019 having previously worked for firms in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

Charlotte specialises in Private Client work including the Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax Planning, the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, making applications to the Court of Protection and assisting professional Deputies in managing a person’s financial affairs.

Charlotte is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly and she is also a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

Charlotte has completed many private client development courses to include a Living with Dementia training course and a Life After Stroke training programme.

In her spare time Charlotte enjoys long walks in the countryside with her family and friends and she also enjoys trips to the theatre, reading and gardening.
