About Charlotte:

Charlotte is based in our Malmesbury office and works in our Wills, Trusts and Probate department. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2007 and joined Forrester Sylvester Mackett in August 2019. Previously working for firms in Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

Charlotte specialises in Private Client work including the Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax Planning, the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, making applications to the Court of Protection and assisting professional Deputies in managing a person’s financial affairs.

She is an accredited member of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and is a member of the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

Charlotte has completed many private client development courses to include a Living with Dementia training course and a Life After Stroke training programme.

In her spare time she enjoys long walks in the countryside with her family and friends. She also enjoys trips to the theatre, reading and gardening.
