About Zoe:

Zoe joined the firm in October 2023. She qualified in 2013 and has spent most of the last 15 years at RWK Goodman Solicitors in Bath.

Zoe specialises in Private Law Children matters – Child Arrangement Orders, Enforcement Orders, Prohibited Steps Order, Specific Issue Order, including removal from the jurisdiction – both temporarily and permanent removal.  She also deals with Special Guardianship Orders, Care Proceedings (acting for parents) and Domestic Abuse matters.

Zoe is a member of Resolution and is an Accredited Specialist in Private Law Children and Domestic Abuse matters.

In her spare time, Zoe looks after her daughter and step children, goes on walks with the family and their Fox Red Labrador, Bella. They enjoy National Trust days out, baking, camping and general weekends away, Sunday lunches in lovely local country pubs and getting involved with school PTA events.
