About Kathryn:

Kathryn joined the firm in January 2023 having previously worked around the Bristol area. She qualified as a solicitor 4.5 years ago (cross qualified from being a Legal Executive) and has worked on a variety of matters including taxable and non-taxable estates, intestate estates and estates with issues within Wills.

Kathryn has had a mixed case load of Wills, LPA, Probate and Estate administration matters including a variety of taxable and non-taxable estates.  She has also mitigated inheritance tax and capital gains tax for clients through use of appropriates and Deeds of Variation.

Whilst working at a national Probate and Estate administration provider, Kathryn has experience proving copy Wills when the originals have been lost and managing large intestacy cases.

In her spare time, Kathryn likes to visit family and friends, cooking, annoying her cat (Trixie – she hates everything), reading, watching crime shows and reluctantly gardening (definitely no green fingers!)
