We are delighted to announce that Jane Healey and Stewart Donald have been appointed as Equity Partners at Forrester Sylvester Mackett Solicitors.
Jane, who joined the firm in January 2019, leads our office in Frome, and became a salaried Partner in January 2020. Due to the hard work and dedication of Jane and her team in Frome, we are pleased to confirm that we will be opening our new expanded premises on Scott Road in Frome, this summer. This will enable us to continue to serve our Frome clients and provide the full range of legal services available across our firm.
Jane provides an exemplary standard of client care across her specialisms including Estate Administration and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills, and Inheritance Tax Planning, and also assists high-net-worth individuals.
Jane lives locally in Somerset with her husband James, and her Ragdoll cat Teddy.
Stewart qualified as a Solicitor in October 2007 and joined Forrester Sylvester Mackett in 2017 and became a salaried partner in October 2019. He is based in our Chippenham office and specialises in the full range of private client work including the administration of trusts and estates, personal tax planning advice, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.
Stewart is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners and is a member of both Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
He gives excellent service, and clients feel like they are in good hands with him.
Stewart lives locally in Neston with his family.
