We take great pleasure in announcing the appointment of Jane Healey and Stewart Donald as Equity Partners at Forrester Sylvester Mackett Solicitors.

Jane joined us in January 2019 and leads our office in Frome. She became a salaried Partner in January 2020.

About Jane Healey

Jane delivers an exemplary standard of client care across her specialisms. This includes Estate Administration and Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Wills and Inheritance Tax Planning. She also assists high net worth individuals.

Jane lives locally in Somerset with her husband James and her Ragdoll cat Teddy.

About Stewart Donald

Stewart qualified as a Solicitor in October 2007 and joined us in 2017. He became a salaried partner in October 2019 and he works in our Chippenham office.

He specialises in the full range of private client work. This includes the administration of trusts, estates, personal tax planning advice, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection.

Stewart is a full member of The Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners, Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.

He provides excellent levels of service. Clients often say they feel like they are in safe hands with him. Stewart lives locally in Neston with his family.
