FSM Shortlisted as finalist in Customer and Staff Care category of Wiltshire Business of the Year awards

Forrester Sylvester Mackett solicitors are delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists in the customer and staff care category of the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards 2017.

The Wiltshire Business Awards celebrate the achievements of Wiltshire’s businesses, large or small across the county and across all sectors, rewarding high achievers, inspirational leaders and unsung heroes.

Now in its 23rd year, the Wiltshire Business of the Year Awards has become a business recognition platform that elevates organisations above the rest.

Forrester Sylvester Mackett solicitors are constantly striving to ensure that they provide the highest level of care to all their customers and staff so to be recognised in this category is a great achievement.

Competition was steep and from an initial 26 entries FSM were shortlisted along with two other companies in the 50-100 employees category.

Nick Guinness, Managing Partner at FSM commented ‘’if we were to win this award it would be a real testament to all of the staff’s hard work, giving them the recognition they deserve. It would also be a real motivator for everyone within the firm and a chance to celebrate our success with the whole team’’.

‘’This award would give us credibility not only as a great law firm but also as a great employer. It would confirm to clients and prospective clients that we have been recognised for our high level of customer care and give them confidence in choosing us to manage their affairs. It would also show our staff and potential future employees that we are a great organisation to work for, which we hope would help us to attract new talent in the future and also to retain our existing staff who we value so highly.’’
