Am I still able to have a Will prepared, or update my existing Will, during lockdown?

Yes you are. Due to these uncertain and unprecedented times, you may be considering preparing a Will, or contemplating updating the Will you already have in place. You may be assessing whether your existing Will actually reflects your wishes and intentions, and whether it is concurrent with your current situation.

Having a Will in place, and a Will that reflects your present situation, provides you with a peace of mind during difficult times. If you don’t have a Will in place, or have a Will which requires updating, you may consider that you have “left it too late” under the Coronavirus lockdown. This is not the case.  Our Private Client legal team at Forrester Sylvester Mackett Solicitors will be able to assist you with the preparation of your Will, or the updating of your Will. We are also here to help you with any other Private Client matters.

Please feel free to contact one of our legal team within the Private Client Department at any one of our six offices. We will be more than happy to assist you, put your mind at ease, and provide you with the reassurance that many of us now feel is essential.

We look forward to your call.
